Ideal for investors who do not want to manage the day-to-day operations of the business. Also ideal for remote owners.

1. All-Inclusive Short-Term Rental Package (20-25% of booking revenue*)

Includes guest communication, listing creation & management, amenity inventory & replenishment, and general property & house maintenance. Also includes access to our 5-star housekeeping team for an additional fee (paid for by guest).

2. All-Inclusive Mid-Term Rental Package (18%-20% of booking revenue*)

For exclusive Mid-Term Rentals (30+ day stays) only. Includes guest communication, listing creation & management, amenity inventory & replenishment, and general property & house maintenance. Also includes access to our 5-star housekeeping team for an additional fee (paid for by guest).

*minus cleaning fees & taxes; amenities & materials needed for maintenance & repairs are to be paid for by owner.

Each design is unique in style, budget & needs of the owner. These services start at $3000*, but please contact us for a quote based on your specific needs.

If you also hire us to host & manage your property, we will give you 10% off our design services!

*design only for 1 bedroom; homeowner is responsible for materials & furnishings.

$225/hour for phone consults

$500 Flat Rate for onsite visit & consult; includes a complimentary revenue estimate analysis

Ideal for investors who need ongoing guidance throughout the course of a project:

$1000 for a 5 hour package; includes 4 consult calls, one onsite visit and a revenue estimate analysis
