1)Value. Airbnb co-hosts charge 15-35% of your booking revenue, just to book and chat with your guests. Sometimes, they aren’t even local! If something breaks at your property, you have to schedule & pay an additional maintenance person to make a service call. Long-term Property Management Companies charge 8-10% of monthly rent, but they are slow to respond when maintenance issues arise.

Stellar BNB is locally based which means we can quickly resolve most issues without interrupting your day. We also come from a home renovation and management background, so we can handle most minor repair ourselves. We own & manage 14 rentals of our own, in addition to an STR/MTR portfolio worth over $30M! We have renovated over 30 spaces, both commercial and residential. We designed interiors for over half of these spaces, most of which were used as a short, mid or long-term rental. Many of these renovations were completed by our own hands, so we are using those skills to YOUR advantage.
